Mouse Jiggler Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Mouse Jiggler application operated by Mathieu Meesters. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the app.

1. Description of the Service

Mouse Jiggler is a mobile application available on iOS and Android that simulates mouse or touchpad activity by animating the phone screen, keeping the device and connected peripherals active. The app is provided free of charge with advertisements, and offers an optional premium upgrade.

2. User Responsibility

Mouse Jiggler is provided for personal and legitimate use only. By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for how you use the app.
The app is intended to prevent your device from going to sleep and is not designed or intended to deceive employers, institutions, or any monitoring systems.
Mathieu Meesters shall not be held liable for any professional, legal, or personal consequences resulting from the use of this app, including but not limited to disciplinary action, termination of employment, or any other sanctions.
You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Premium Features

Mouse Jiggler offers a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the following premium features:

Complete removal of all advertisements within the app.
Access to Stealth Mode without watching a rewarded advertisement.
Access to the "Stop At" feature (automatic stop at a scheduled time).
Access to the "Stop When Battery is Around" feature (automatic stop at a defined battery level).

The premium purchase is a one-time payment that provides permanent access to the above features for the purchasing account. No subscription or recurring payment is involved.

4. Purchases and Refunds

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your platform. Mathieu Meesters does not directly handle any payment or financial transaction. Refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective platform:

If you have previously purchased the premium version, you can restore your purchase at any time through the "Restore Purchases" option available in the app menu, provided you are logged in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

The Mouse Jiggler app, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the exclusive property of Mathieu Meesters and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Mathieu Meesters does not warrant that:

The app will function without interruption or errors.
The app will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions.
The app will achieve any specific result, including preventing sleep mode on all mice or devices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mathieu Meesters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to the Service

Mathieu Meesters reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. Mathieu Meesters shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
